Upon receipt of your photo, our design team will create a mockup of your merchandise and send it to you via email for approval. Once you confirm, we submit the order to our supplier, who moves it into production.

Select your size and/or color variant
Scroll down to fill out the “Upload Image” form and submit the form.
Click the “Add to Cart” button and check the box after confirming you successfully uploaded your image.

For the best print quality, we recommend PNG or SVG files with a transparent background. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted.

We'll review your artwork before production. If we believe the print quality may be affected, we'll contact you before your order is printed.

You may only upload artwork that you own or have permission to use. Mama Bee's reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Because every custom item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer design errors.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
