At Mama Bee's, we work hard to bring families quality products at affordable prices. Some items are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners, while others are carefully sourced and resold by Mama Bee's. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note: Personalized, custom-made, digital, clearance, and print-on-demand products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at mamabeesfoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item.

Mystery Box Policy

Mama Bee's Mystery Boxes contain a surprise assortment of party supplies and celebration items sourced from our inventory and trusted suppliers.

Because the contents are intentionally a surprise:

• All Mystery Box sales are final.

• Contents may vary from product photos and descriptions.

• No exchanges or refunds will be issued based on personal preferences, duplicate items, or expected contents.

• If a Mystery Box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Print-On-Demand Products

Many apparel and merchandise items sold by Mama Bee's are made specifically for you after your order is placed through our fulfillment partners, Printify and Printful.

Because these products are custom-produced:

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

• Personalized items are non-refundable.

• Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

Production & Shipping Times

Estimated fulfillment times may vary by product and season.

Print-On-Demand Apparel & Merchandise

Fulfilled through Printify and Printful:

• Production: 2–7 business days

• Shipping: 5–14 business days

• International orders may require additional transit time.

Party Supplies & Resold Products

Fulfilled directly by Mama Bee's or trusted suppliers:

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume sales periods.
