Return Eligibility

The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Mama Bee’s Foundation reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:
Defective
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrect items received
Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Mama Bee’s is not liable for lost or untracked returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with this policy.
Orders may only be canceled within [48 hours] of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
