Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Mama Bee’s Foundation reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at time of purchase)

Exchanges

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Mama Bee’s is not liable for lost or untracked returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law

  • Orders may only be canceled within [48 hours] of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
